    Howdy Taco Lovers,

    I suck with offsets.

I want to get Hostage D625 17 x 9 wheels with 265/70/R17 tires on my stock 2023 TRD Sport. The wheels come with a +1 or -12 offset. Will either one work without rubbing/ trimming plastic? Will going to a 265/65/R17 tire instead reduce rubbing chances

I tried to find the offset on my current wheels but the closest I see is 30 BNL. Is that the offset or something else? They’re stock wheels.

I'm currently researching wheels for my '18 offroad. I don't want to lift or remove mudflaps. Info I' have gathered.

TRD Sport wheels is 17X7.5 +30 offset
TRD OffRoad is 16x7 +25 offset
TRD pro is 16x7 +13 offset
    4Runner PRO 17x7+4 offset

My personal set up is going to be 17x8.5 -6 Offset and shouldn't rub with the stock 4Runner PRO 265/65/17. tire size. A 265/70/17 will rub front mud flaps and maybe the front fender liner with.

It also depends on what width the rims you want are since you didn't specify. depending on the width I think with the 265/65/17 you should be good with the +1 for sure and may slightly rub with the -12

    Hopefully others chime in.

I went with the Fuel Vapor D560 17x9 with the 20mm offset instead. Falken Wildpeak AT4 265/70/17. No issues with rubbing.

These are 17x8.5 -12 and sit pretty flush with the fender.
