New Guy and Dog to the Tacoma World

Hey All, first time Tacoma owner here. I had a '98 F150 with Triton 4.6 V-8 that I put 430,000 miles on, had to sell it and almost everything I owned because I was going on a major motorcycle trip with my dog in a sidecar for a few years.
Now I'm back to work and planning on a retirement vehicle, so I got a 2021 Tacoma TRD Off Road with 35,000 miles on it. I'm hoping this truck will last me a long long time during retirement.
The plan is to travel all over the USA, Alaska and Canada in it, towing a 7x14 enclosed trailer with my motorcycle sidecar in it and living a minimalist lifestyle. This will be like full time RV living, except without all the creature comforts of a large toy hauler.
Sometimes we'll park the truck/trailer somewhere and take off for days or weeks with just the motorcycle sidecar rig. Other times, we'll park the trailer and go 4 wheeling with the truck. I hope I didn't make a mistake getting this truck instead of getting a more powerful F150.
