1998 red Tacoma 4x4

2in lift

Should I trade my 1997 Tacoma 4cl 4x4 reg cab, auto, with 69,000mil for a 1999 v6 supercharge, 4x4, manual, partial cab, with 160,00miles. I have more info but would like to talk to someone with more info and know how on trucks. Both clean bodies.
