    That’s what I’d do.
I mean, it will take some time and about a dozen cut off disk. But it should work.

If you have a steady hand. You might get away with only breaking 3 or 4 disk. But not me. I like to make them explode.

    Same crap everyone else got
you need to use the pipe over the whole bar and slide it all the way down to the head of the bar so essentially your new pipe is the whole bar with your old bar entirely inside. From the looks of the bent bar, you just used the pipe to extend the bar so there was no strength added but just more force applied on a bar that was already to weak for the task. Get a new breaker bar and try that method.

Heat the nut up again then take a 2lb sledge and the stoutest center punch you have set it in that hole that's in the middle of the axle and give it a few good smacks. 3/4" drive 35mm and breaker bar will take it right off no problem. Had to do this same thing on my 4thgen 4runner I bought in Chicago.

yeah, covering it fully it shouldn't bend and there for you will then just be limited by the amount of force you can apply. That will be up to you at that point.

Just here to reiterate how important leverage and heat are. As mentioned already, make sure the pipe covers the entire length of your wrench handle. Get the nut almost cherry red, with map gas I'd say 20-30s should be enough. I just did this lastnight on another vehicle, wouldn't budge until I had heat to it with a breaker bar/pipe.

    UPDATE
I ended up ordering an impact driver on Amazon. It's was $149, but had a coupon so it was $139 with tax included. It only had 13 reviews, but all were 5 stars. It wasn't my first choice, but one I could get in 2 days. 400 plus ordered in the last month. It claims 740ft/lbs of breaking torque.
Got it this morning. It didn't just zip it off, but it took a couple of seconds, but it did it. Very happy. The hub which I thought was going to be the hard part of this job ,came off fairly easily. Everything went back together in a snap. One Taco back on the road.
I just wanted to thank everyone who replied.
    It's a great community Screenshot_20240228-152321.png Screenshot_20240228-151918.png

grab a slightly smaller socket and hit it with a sledge hammer
    then it comes off easier
heat then PBlaster to cool it
repeat until it comes off or get a 1 inch impact gun :smokertransformer:
