Considering doing a 2 inch lift on my 23 SR. New coilovers in front + the needle bearing replacement, new shocks + 2 inch blocks in the rear. Any of you with a similar setup run into any problems? Vehicle not holding alignment, CV issues, premature wear on suspension items, etc.?

I would hold off on the needle bearing until you really need it. I did 2.5 inch lift at about 60K and didn't need to do needle bearing until 200K - and I never had vibrations but I did have excessive slack in CV shaft. Went with 1-inch blocks in rear and have Firestone airbags that can lift another 1-2 inches when I need it, or level the rear with a load. I have 2nd gen but 3rd gen is similar chassis and suspension wise.

    DO IT.

I'm about 20k in on my lift (OME 2" front 2.75" rear) w/ no alignment or ride issues. Still on factory UCAs too. I haven't done the needle replacement yet, but I have had minor vibrations since day 1. I plan on doing it once the factory UCAs need swapped. I'm sure components are wearing slightly faster then factory settings, but I've always heard 3" is the high maintenance mark.
