I have been reading that installing a 3" lift kit could void my factory warranty. However if a TRD off Road lift kit is purchased from Toyota dealer would not void the warrenty. I havwe seen many lift kits available from many providers but I'm really not clear about the warrenty deal. any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

TRD lift provided by Toyota should not void your warranty. Although if you are concerned, discuss with dealer and request written confirmation.

Aftermarket lift can void warranty if an issue is traced back to modification.
