Goal of mine is to find one of these. Remember this one vividly from my childhood. Took this car with me everywhere. Hoping one day I can add it to the collection once again.

Nice! I’d say it’s time for a BMC and viper cut on the Access cab though.

 

Made a few stops today after an early morning work sesh. Had to post a pic of my Buick as well! Took her out for the first time in months and gave her a wash. Figured y'all would enjoy.

 

It gets easier with the more you do.. That access cab was my first custom, the wheel wells are too tight and it needs to be “lifted”. I used little bits of plastic from something? and made mud flaps. Definitely need to find another one and try again maybe with some decal headlights.

 

BMC? Body mount chop?

for sure there needs to be some serious clearancing lol. I’ll get the Dremel out when I have some more time and get’er all tuned up

i noticed that too, i tweeked the axles down a little bit and it seemed to help some but it does need some extra help.

at this point, i’m wondering where is the best place to get the axles and wheels because i ordered a set of 5 axles and it was $21 from ebay. But i didnt think i’d like messing with it and i could just gift the stuff to another friend to try if i didnt like it. Now i’m wanting to mess with it more and would like some better axles/different size wheels and tires

 

Also, if you just take a razor blade to the bottom and the sides of the plastic on the card, It allows you to put the car back in and take it out whenever you want.

I have never seen the Gran Turismo series in the wild. Add to the fact, two EG6s, you are very lucky.
