Yeah, and that was the spot we did last... We had forgotten about it, and she asked if I wanted to call it, or start with color. "eh.. it's missing something still...oh! The honeycomb!" I regretted that decision, I was cooked by the point when we got to the back/ near the armpit.

Pealing started last night, next month is double punishment, the week of Saint Patrick's Day is with my main artist for a quick little visit, and the week after is back to working on the sleeve which is the start of all the color. I'm thinking of the lantern and the antlers first.

Depends where on the forearm. The back side/outer/dorsel or whatever it's called part of my forearm was nothing. Inside sucked but wasn't THAT bad. Then when you get to the wrist it's not a gradual increase, it goes normal normal normal I WILL KILL YOU IN YOUR SLEEP.

This is all kind of subjective but you can see how the wrist goes from nothing to I WILL KILL YOU IN YOUR SLEEP right away. I can attest to that.

I would say it was worse than the inner bicep. The skin is sensitive on the bicep but there's some fat to play with. The wrist is just skin and bone.

    upload_2024-2-28_9-14-50.png

Also, as it appears, if you wanted to get your butt hole tattooed, it would hurt.

That pain map is different between men and women, too, but I was looking for the wrist demo.

I have my old Hoffman still. I guess it's vintage now :D tried to sell it, no bites. Might try again this year to sell it.

Armpit sounds brutal. Elbow wasn't bad for me, was worse in the ditch, and I didn't even go all the way into it.

Here's details so you can see how close/far things were from things.

I have tattoos in many of these areas and I would say it's about right. The most painful has been the sternum, knee ditches and knee caps. Excluding when he went over the plate in my leg, that was a completely different feeling though. I didnt think the feet were too bad though, more uncomfortable than actual pain.

I also start on my stomach tomorrow, so that should be fun LOL!

Stomach outlined last Friday, back on Friday, then alternating ribs the following 2 weeks. Shooting to be "completely" done by the end of summer.

It's been a long time in the making haha. I actually think the knee ditches hurt worse than my stomach did... we'll see if I end up eating those words here in a few weeks once it's shaded in.

A buddy of mine used to have a piercing shop in Ocean Beach-San Diego. "Dr.Jefe" He had a photo album of his piercings he did in his shop.
His wife made him get rid of them after they got married. You can only guess why. He has some great stories!
He used to be my neighbor, I renamed him "Dr. J"

One of may buddies got an Irish Cross on his upper arm on a trip to Ireland. Comments from the guys were, "Get a bigger arm or a smaller tattoo"

Negative space tattoos….. what’s your opinions?

I stumbled across this concept. I would love it with the right pic, flowers aren’t it for me, but I do think it’s cool.

Mtn biking got me through some down time so I drew this and had it done where I can see it as a reminder.

Idk why but I like Japanese style tattoos in it mostly. But floral like that does look great.
