Eezy Supplies Rig Caddy - STILL IN BUSINESS?

Anyone every deal with a company called Eezy Supplies?

they make this magnetic tray and bunch of other stuff like it.

I ordered one in January, they charged my card, hasn't shipped, and I cannot get a response. Multiple emails and a phone call. Could only leave voicemail.

Listen - this thing is expensive for what it is and no doubt I got sucked into the "overland" and cool factor aspect of this.

However, I love buying from small companies like this that make their stuff in the USA.

that said, I was at harbor freight and saw this stuff: and it seems like it all does the same thing as the Eezy Supplies stuff and would be great to help with camping and cooking off my tailgate.

Obviously a fraction of the cost and made in China, which I stay away from, but when a badland hydraulic off-road jack is like 50% cheaper than a pro eagle, well - harbor freight can make some sense.

 

Just a suggestion. Since there has been no response, notify your cc company before it too late to dispute that charge.

 

If you’re in SoCal they will have a swap meet. I’ll suggest you stop by and claim your product with Jaime and have them return what you pay for shipping. They are busy on social media I guess.

Lmao I noticed that a little late but the post maybe useful for other user in the same situation. Sucks when people are trying to do business with the small American shops and then they end up disappointing due to poor customer service.

 

In fairness I finally got a text from them yesterday Saying it has shipped via USPS.

that said - no email or tracking number. So we shall see.

 

Update: has anybody gotten any orders from him?

I ordered something back in November of last year... still nothing. Emails, DM's... etc.

 

dude - i have been nothing but disappointed in the customer service. I eventually spoke to him after like months of trying. was nice enough and cool conversation, but then month goes by and nothing. then sent some very pointed texts and comments on his IG page. no response from texts and the comments never made the IG page. however, stuff did eventually get sent but nooooo where close to what i ordered. Total shame - i want to like a small USA business, but this guy is a joke.

only caveat is i hope the guy is not sick or something since it is that bad in terms of lack of responsiveness or ownership of really shitty service

 

Uhhhhg, same here, sorry you had to deal with this BS. I bought from him before and he was late AF sending me my stuff. I finally got him to email me back and he apologized profusely so I thought it was just a production fluke, so like a dummy I bought something again and it's been nearly a year with radio silence. Never got my stuff. I'm fairly confident he screens the comments on his IG page since I've seen people ask where their stuff is and then the comments disappear.

He's around... he shows up to the meet ups in Cali... he has all these partnerships with small overland companies ("Eezy Supply X Nomad, etc etc...). At this point there's really no excuse. And I agree it's a shame because I want to support small mom and pop shops and things made in the USA too.

Honestly those Harbor Freight pieces look pretty dope though... I'm going to swing by my local one today and compare them to what I already got.

Yep. Meanwhile I've just accepted that my money is gone.

Side note: I picked up the paper towel holder and glove dispenser from Harbor Freight in orange to match my existing Rig Caddy and I'm pretty damn impressed with it. Are they as "sexy" as the Rig Caddy's? No... but they hold slightly better. I recommend them.

 

I placed an order directly with EEZY Supplies in March of 2023. After several weeks of no movement, I started emailing. I eventually did get a response to an email and my order arrived (partially) about a month later.

I spent 2 months trying to get an email response or acknowledgement from them about the missing items from my shipment. Radio silence. I eventually tried calling and left multiple voice mails. Radio silence. I called sometimes and wouldn't even get sent to voice mail. I eventually got him to pick up or return my call (I cannot remember). The call was fine/great ... and he said the missing items from my order were "in production" and he estimated they would be shipping to me by the end of April. By the beginning of June I still had none of my missings, and no further response to any message (email, voice mail, or smoke signals) from him ever again.

After almost 3 months of basically being ignored, I contacted my CC and filed a claim against the portion of the order that was never shipped.

I like the products that I have. I would love to acquire some more pieces ... but I am substantially trepidatious about placing another order. I have reached out to them today to attempt to get some insight (one might say "proof of life"!) before risking placing another order. We will see if they respond.
