I go by a Pure sign on a post everyday, I'll try to remember to pull in and get a pic of it. It's not a metal sign, it's glass I think.

 

Just like that, soap and water is all I would use.

I dont think I would use a pressure washer, it may peel the paint.

Re. insurance, here in Florida the companies have been raising rates and dropping policies on homes older than 20 years old unless they have hurricane mitigation improvements made to them. No warnings just a letter telling you your policy is not being renewed.

 

I'd say so just because of being old.

 

I wouldnt use pressure washer

 

Many years ago I had car insurance from a company headquartered and therefore having a lot of holdings in Florida. A hurricane came along and they had so many payouts it bankrupted the company.

I got a letter saying pretty much "You need to find a new insurance company, sorry about your recent payment - you ain't gettin' it back..."

 

They asked me something similar on my first visit.

Couple months later a local number called me and the Dr's office did a referral for metal health services...

 

Its in decent condition for being burried. No pristine obviously but to the right person id say its worth some $$ you'd have talk to an antiques appraiser like on American pickers. Cant take it to pawn shop. They will always lowball you.

stayed up a little too late working on this new design! It’s my Bird and Trout style knife design. Still have some little changes to make. But I’m liking it. I modeled it with a hollow ground bevel and a super thin edge to be extra slicy.
