Climate control fuse keeps blowing

    As @TnShooter mentions, the fuse supplies the relay on both legs... it supplies the relay pull in winding and it supplies the main power to the clutch solenoid. If the the clutch solenoid winding is shorting, it will blow the fuse.

    Update: went over everything yesterday. Ended up being the BSM system causing the problem. My BSM hasn't worked in a few years though. Unplugged it in the bumper and now fuse doesn't blow and have heat again

    So for now I've unplugged the BSM and sealed up the connectors with electrical tape until I have time to look into that further

    Just looking at the BSM schematics and, yes, the BSM is off that same fuse. I then reread your original post and you even mentioned BSM. Thank you for the update.
