I measured my sway bar bushing using 3 methods on AutoRock for verification and the diameter on my sway bar is 29mm ish. I bought a new sway bar bushing 29mm-30mm for replacement and after installation, there is a gap in the new sway bar bushing. Is it supposed to be like that or should be no gap at all?

the gap isn't going to hurt anything.
You don't want the bushing super tight anyways. It will only wear the bushing faster.
Yours looks secure and tight enough for me call it "Good".

Well, this is my second time replacing sway bar bushing within a year. When I replaced it last time, there wasn’t any clunking noises at all when going over bumps until 4-5 months later. So, I thought I put it in wrong.

Now, I took time to take it apart and cleaned the bar, bracket, and nearby area. I even put a bit of silicone grease to see any differences. That’s why I asked y’all about the gaps.
