What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I originally wanted a cab height one, but I decided the mid-rise would be more useful. I’m thinking about getting a prinsu later on also.

 

I guess the Tacoma is not only the official state car of Colorado, but also of California.

Just signed up for the Molina Ghost Run in May at Hollister Hills through CAL4WHEEL. Running with group 2.

I took my first longer ride (1.5hrs) since installing the seat risers. I can feel the difference as soon as I sit in the truck, the fuel mileage has doubled, it only needs sixth gear for every situation and my CarPlay is now wireless. These things are the single best change EVAH!

 

If you tilt your head down a little you’ll pick up at least 2 more mpg

 

If you remove the rear headrests you add 10 HP.

 

That arrived today. I dont have a cement gray tacoma but I have a model car acquaintance that is gonna paint it Inferno Orange to match my Tacoma for me.

Had the tires rotated and in the process, discovered that my rear leaf spring bushings are worn out. So now I need to decide same rubber oem or go poly

Huge difference!

 

Is this a straight replacement, bulb for bulb or something more involved?
My thoughts are for headlights, rather than reverse lights.

 

OEM LED headlights, $1500 with a harness from "daveeasa" (put a "@" in front of that name if you want his attention). Or replace H11 low-beams bulbs with H9s after removing the green inserts.
