Flickering lights

Today my interior lights came on for no reason while driving. I could turned them off manually and all was fine. Short distance later the lights inside and outside started flickering and actually my high beam lights were turning on and off. Poor car in front of me must of thought I was quite a jack ass. Turned the light to on position from auto and all was fine again. Turned the truck off completely for a few mins and put the lights in auto again and no other problems. This is the third time that this randomly happened since owning the truck. No added lights everything is factory with no addons. Anyone else have this issue and figure it out. If I had addons I’d know where to look but having factory with no mods I’m a bit lost.

 

Did you buy your truck new?

 

No used from a older gentleman that gave up driving due to age.

 

So much tech crap!
Kinda like a phone or computer if it’s acting strange shut it down and restart?

Could be mouse damage if the old fellow left it sitting for long periods of time.
