tire-chain-1-f957.jpg All they had to do was throw a set of chains on it, any tire would have spun on that iced over slick granite.

My paved driveway here is NH after snow can be a real fucker and a I am fanatic about with my tractor cause its a curvy hill. I slip all the time on the ice or snow and chirp the tires on pavement in 2wd and 4wd. I try not to do it intentionally, it just happens. Happens in wifeys Subie, happens in my friends cars/trucks. My truck is fine our cars are all fine, that tire spin and grip folks have mentioned on this is a piss poor fucking excuse

WTF is going on here? What do sand dunes, trophy trucks, dirt bikes and now photos of mini bikes have to do with TFLs abused and broken Tacoma?

I lost it when my third gen shit its engine going up a steep hill and when our 5th gen T4R sprung a nasty timing cover leak at 70K miles.

Weird. I have a 2017 that has been flawless so far at just over 100K miles. It’s sucks yours broke so soon after the warranty ran out.

Yes, they fixed the Tacoma under warranty...on the T4R, we weren't so lucky. I even printed out threads from other forums showing the prevalence of this problem....wasn't expecting them to be swayed but thought it would be worth a shot.

I fixed it myself, then sold it.

5 days and several hundred thousand TFL views later, and wondering do they not have lifts or mechanics at Toyota dealerships in CO?

Piecing this together, I did notice that this particular truck, despite costing TFL $50,300, has an excessive amount of blank buttons. In fact, everywhere you look.

Therefore….it could be possible that Roman innocently pushed the wrong blank button, which should have correctly been labeled from the factory as, “In case of wheel slippage, break front end”.

I did notice the amount of blanks. I think that's because these were designed with the broverlander in mind. There's so many add-ons when building to add accessories, and the high end models like the trail hunter and pro will have a bunch of exterior lighting.

I see lots of motos on the rubicon and fordyce. I’ve even ridden my bike through the rubicon a couple times. It’s hard work and fun. But no where to put the girls and beer.

Their truck is a base TRD-OR which doesn't come with much, hence all the blank buttons. You're $5-8k+ more expensive when you start filling those buttons. Silly on the TRD-OR.
