Battlefield 2 (PS3)

Hey mods, if you wanna move this to "entertainment" thats cool, i just put it here to get more hits.

I just recently got Battlefield 2 for PS3 and it is badass (i've been playing my buddies copy and just got my own). Now i'm looking for some peeps to play with. I'm only interested in those of you with PS3's, and only in Battlefield, since i have no other multi player games for teh PS3. Also, anyone is welcome to post up their gamer tags, but I will probably only play with people i know from the site. so if you're new here and i don't know you I prolly wont play with you. not trying to be a dick, i just feel like playing with folks i already know and like and who know me.

Are you going to get the Vietnam DLC for it?

 

i already got it. i had my buddies copy for a few months and have unlocked on the online stuff and got the vietnam download. i had to return it last wknd and the first thing i did was go out and buy my own copy (which is badass cause i get a vip code so i can use maps i didn't have before).

 

how do you like the vietnam download btw? i'd like it if the recon guy didn't suck. i'm spoiled by the gilly suit, and without it the sniper is a kind of a sitting duck

 

what else do you play? i have an xbox with a ton of multiplayer games but i refuse to pay for xbox live. i'm looking for other good multiplayers for ps3

I had a bluetooth headset when I first got my PS3 and had nothing but problems with it disconnecting in the middle of matches. I ended up taking it back and got a cheap $25 usb headset and a 10' cord. I love being wireless but so far it's the only setup that has workded for me.

 

i've never really trusted or used wireless stuff too much. i've got a bluetooth mouse for my computer and it will occasionally lose connection and not come back for a day or two. but all my friends who use bluetooth on the ps3 says it works great, and i've heard nothing but good things about the jawbone. so we'll see. i figured for $15 i couldn't pass it up. it does power off if you go a certain time without talking. i need to test and make sure it doesn't do that if i'm talking into it
