Anybody fished the lower salt river recently?

I'm gonna try my hand at some fly fishing this weekend and was wondering if any of y'all had some tips for spots or flies to use. Gonna bring my regular tackle in case I suck too much with the fly to get any dinner. How's the fishing over there lately? I'm a little worried about the crowd this time of year so I might do a little hiking to get some privacy.

 

I haven't fished it recently. But I have seen some fly fisherman between Phon Sutton and Coon Bluff catching decent bass.

 

Not sure about the trout though. Good time to be out there though.

 

You end up fishing this? Ill be heading there end of the month. Looking to swing the fly Lower Salt River at Pebble Beach Recreation Area.
