Orientation of drive shaft center carrier bearing?

    Anyone know which way the bearing is supposed to be oriented? The wings are offset relative to the center. Should the majority of the circle be down (how it is in the photo) or the smaller portion of the circle?

    I just checked mine and it is large side down, the way it’s shown in the picture.

    Most if not all have a circular opening on one side, its used to help line up/sight the bearing/bushing. On the spicer, see the red line on attached image. This should be on the bottom facing down when installed. Even the cheapy aftermarket DS had an equally cheap CB which had a hole just like the spicer.
