4x4 not working! Not what I expected!

I have an 02 Tacoma with an arb locker up front. Shortly after buying it (three years ago) I discovered it pushing oil out the breather. Kinda common. Not a big deal I’ll fix it later. Fast forward to this winter 4x4 stoped working. Thinking it was just the axle actuator.4x4 lights up like it should. But I have the gray wire mod done. Didn’t think anything of it. Drove it a few times maybe 300miles. Stared investigating it once it warmed up. Both actuators working fine no 4x4. Drop the front diff. Open the clam. Did not find a Perl.. found all the the ring bolts had backed out. Who ever put it together didn’t lock tight the bolts. Ring and pinion still in good shape. Bolts did some self clearance on the case and wallerd out one hole on the locker. What parts can I get for the locker. Or does anyone have a used one for sale.

 

I ended up getting a new to me front differential and put the arb in. Replaced the seals and bearings and crush sleeve. Pattern and back lash came out grate.

It has now snowballed in to new upper control arms from ksp. Oe lower control arm bushings , alignment cam bolts,New bilstein 6112s up front, and 5160 in the rear. Also picked up some general leafs and some 1200lb air bags. Almost done with the front. Waiting on a shop to put my struts together. My spring compressors fingers are too big. Won’t let the shock housing side in. I’ve got tomorrow off so time to start on the rear.
