Lost Tacoma TRD 2016 - 2023 OEM LED Headlight Conversion Harness

My order shipped on 5 March and I received notice that it was delivered to my parcel locker today March 7th. That was a lie as nothing was there. I contacted the USPS to find out what happened. I've purchased multiple wire harnesses and never had an issue. I'm hoping there was insurance on the package. My tracking number was 9400136105536507832923. Help...

 

USPS tracking can be wrong, it's not a great system. If it's a shared mailbox then they may have put the key in the wrong small box, someone other than yours. But it sounds like a dedicated box just for you?

not much I can do on my end other than send another one. USPS is what usps is. FedEx likes to quote 100+ and UPS is better with bigger / heavier stuff. Once in a while USPS lets me down.

I generally wait a week in situations like this and then see if anything surfaces. Definitely proceed with your local USPS office as that’s the best leverage given they did the last mile.

 

Crisis averted. The local USPS said they forgot to put the package in the parcel container. The sent someone out just after I submitted my post and delivered it to my front door. Thanks for responding so quickly. Nice to know you’re watching and willing to help. Thanks again.
