Bad drivability even after alignment

    Vehicle:
    2022 Toyota Tacoma
    3” lift
    22 Tacoma
    3” rough country
    Aftermarket uppers
Front diff drop kit(with RC lift kit)
Also did minor carrier bearing shim (overall 1deg difference from stock to and from bearing)
285/75/16 maxxis MT at 32 PSI (stock rims)
    23,000 miles

So after installing lift and tires I got it aligned and I was annoyed by the truck constantly feeling like it’s floating with road wondering and bad bumpsteer so I put aftermarket uppers on and it made a world of difference but didn’t fix it entirely. Got it re-aligned after the uppers we’re installed and it felt like the steering still wonders…sometimes it feels like the wheel favors the left tracking straight and then the steering wheel will be center and track straight. Still feel that floating feeling at hwy speed but I also get I’m running mud tires.

I did some research and some guy said to check the LCA bolts are at spec after an alignment and of course they weren’t.. I torqued them to spec and I took it back to the alignment shop and he drove it and confirmed it wasn’t just me. He put it back on the rack and then gave me the spec sheet (picture added) and said that he thinks it’s as good as it’s going to get and he thinks the alignment isn’t off enough to be giving the issues he felt while driving it. Then mentioned that my truck may have some steering assist that might be doing this. (I know I have lane departure alerts and the collision system but that’s it)
Also to mention I get some vibration from the steering wheel when I get to that 75mph range I’ll blame the tires a little but I’ve ran these tires before on other trucks and I haven’t had that same vibration.

I’ve read through tons of posts and some guys have similar issues but no one seems to have the answer I’m looking for. Maybe I’m just crazy or maybe I don’t know enough about alignment adjustments to know if something on the spec sheet is to blame.

Any suggestions or tips on what to look for would be great. Thanks in advance!
