Got around to installing a viofo 129 plus duo 2ch dashcam!

 

Hauled gravel in mine yesterday for a project at my daughter's house. Got her all dusty.

Just added the Kicker CS' to the doors...and then made the rookie mistake of pushing two of the corner door panel clips into the door. Oops. I'll be ordering the generic clips from Amazon and will have extras if anyone eventually makes the same mistake I did. I actually pulled the panel back off to see if those clips fell to the bottom of the door, NOPE!

 

Paid it off 2 weeks ago. Feels good, now to do even more mods lol

also you could say I am a TRD wannabe but I like the chrome with the MGM. My truck is the SR trim but has V6 and 4x4

wrestled a ridiculously long time with the shield over the clutch slave on my 2018 to do the relatively simple job of fluid flushing the clutch lines... was inspired to make my own power bleeder adapter from plumbing parts - though i take no credit, I believe I saw it here first. Adapter worked flawlessly with the motive power bleeder.... Brakes tomorrow?

 

This was after a wash today, turtle wax graphene ceramic coating applied in October and has been through several washes as well as driven every day. Beads aren’t as tight as they were but I’m pretty happy with durability considering ease of application. I went ahead and put a fresh coat on today.

 

This was a couple of weeks after application.

Installed the Subaru wrx sti tweeters in my 2021 SR5 (non JBL head unit). Such huge upgrade for only $100, and it was 100% plug n play.

 

how do you put air in it?

 

can you drive it with all those wires like that (first timer doing some rewiring?)

 

Was thinking about doing this next myself. Do you Still use the oem headunit? Or do you use an amp?

 

The adapter I used is two USB A. Though I can easily swap it with a different round adapter if later I need USB C provided it comes with two terminal lugs on the back.

 

Oh yeah it was good and it was only one drink for me but I guess the more you have your options become broader.

 

Took a ride to my hometown and conquered the local mountain—1058 feet. I was by myself, so I couldn’t get pictures during my ascent…I had some video, but I can’t upload it directly from my phone. Truck did great, the access road had some good washouts and fairly deep ruts.
