Recently I picked up some OEM TRD OR struts & shocks. I've got the shocks installed when I installed my air springs.

But now I'm getting ready to install the front struts and want to know if there is a left and right to them. I see some different numbers on them, but I'm not sure which is which.

By comparing how they look to the ones installed, I think the 336 is the left and the 325 is the right.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

Count the number of coils on each spring. Fewer coils typically mean stiffer and should go on the left.

The coils are side specific but the actual shocks are interchangeable driver side/passenger side..if that helps

There should be different color paint dot on coils. That shows which side they go on
How I can't remember what color goes to which side. But it's been discussed on here many times. Try and search threads for it. That or diff another OR you can look at. Don't think you can measure difference.

I know on the tundra of a neighbors we replaced suspension on, the blue was drivers side. He initially had it done at the dealer but that shit leaned on the drivers side bad. They refused to change it saying it was correct. We swapped them and it was level after we did.

Figured I’d pass this on. Don’t see Toyota using different colors for each vehicle.

If you have calipers or a micrometer, measure the spring coil wire diameter. Unless the photo perspective is playing visual tricks, the green dotted spring has thicker coils, which would indicate a driver's side spring.
