Looking at possibly getting the new Method 321 on my 3rd gen, smallest size available is 17x8.5. Will I have any fitment issues or rubbing with 265/70/17s? I plan on lifting around 1.5” front and .5” rear?

I know a lot is based on tires, if so what’s best tire recommendation to avoid rubbing?

    Thanks!

I too am looking at this exact setup. Method 321 with 265/70R17. From everything i've read, this wheel and tire combo will fit (0 offset) without any rubbing and does not require any trimming of any kind on a stock height tacoma. One questions I am still trying to figure out before I order, is if the toyota factory sensors will fit on these wheels (alloy wheel sensor).

I don’t see why not. Got the wheels in the other day. Waiting for my buddy to help me install new suspension before I put them on. I’ll let you know in a couple weeks or so.
