screen icons options

can these on-screen icons be changed? I swap from Waze to my weather radar often and never need a music icon.

 

There is a setting to change the order of the icons

 

What weather radar app do you use? I think you can go into CarPlay phone settings a change order of icons displayed.

 

Those icons are the most recent apps used on CarPlay and cannot be changed because they appear there automatically. The only way to change them would be for you to use other apps more frequently besides Waze, so the system can put different ones on there. On the other hand, if you go to your iPhone Settings, General, Carplay, you can then rearrange the order of the app icons or even remove them on the main screen on your CarPlay.

 

Weather app is "MyRadar". Putting them on top of the list in Carplay does not change anything. Just tried that.
