I'm gonna buy my MX boots today, then just need to grab a solar panel for my Jackery. I'm gonna be gone a while :D I may even buy an extra Jackery so I can use one to power the fridge while the other is charging.

Yeah, I'm not sure if OVS will correct the year range to include the older generation as well. I'll send them a note to ask.

I just need a solar panel. No generator
I'd honestly rather be on a bike than anything else. I want one of every style

I’m trying to finalize the dates that the Wife is outta town, around that time frame. Once I find out, I’ll let you know. I DO want to make this, but as usual…. Life is screwing with me.

I’ll reply back here or in the group text message you sent out awhile ago.

I have no intentions of getting rid of my little Rally, but would love to have a grom/XR150L type bike just for camping  They're super light/small but can still be road legal. Best 3K bang for the buck :D

I would also love to grab a CRF300LS and get my old roommate from Chattanooga to do the TAT with me. I'd need about 8K of throw away money from for that to happen(bike, luggage, etc)

Whatever I get, has to be able to cruise at interstate speeds without struggling. Mainly to commute to work, but have some weekend trail fun as well.

Yeah, a 300 will be the bottom of the barrel for that. An older DRZ400 wouldn't be bad. It'll do 90 and isn't that much of a pig offroad(downsides are 5 spd trans, weight, and carb'd). Wouldn't want to spend a bunch of time on singletrack.....but a decent bike overall. The guys like Pol Torres that thrash a T700 offroad are a different breed

A CRF450L would be perfect if it didn't have the 800 mile oil change intervals. If they ever make a 450 Rally and get the intervals close to the 300's(8K mile), I'd REALLY want one of those
