A lot of small businesses like this in the sticks surrounding the Yosemite area. Tourism is big industry. There's a place near Bass Lake, CA that rents Can Am side by sides.

It would be a really fun business venture if one could keep the paying customers lined up. I haven't priced out a Hawaiian vacation recently, but for $5500 I think I'd pick something else. Hawaii's probably double that amount.
