2006 Toyota tacoma 4 wheel drive problem

    I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma my 4 wheel drive is not working the four-wheel-drive actuator on the transfer case is working but the front one is not we replaced the front wheel drive actuator and test it and it works good we checked for power in the plug that goes into the front wheel drive actuator and we didn’t have any. does anyone know how to fix this
