Take as many pictures as you can, and take it straight to the dealer you bought it from (if local). For 3 years or 36,000 miles, it is 100% their problem.

It is the service guy's job to not waste time and money on frivolous stuff, so he may try to convince you it's not a big deal (whatever they find). So unfortunately you have to be a pain in the ass (without being an asshole).

I suggest the dealer you bought it from, because then you can try pulling the manager's ear, implying they owe you because you just bought the truck from them. (They don't really owe you anything, but this works with some people).

All of that said, if a dealer service department sucks, don't hesitate to try a different dealer. They are all independent and unfortunately wildly variable in terms of service.

Have it towed to the dealer, if that's not water. It could be gear oil, brake fluid, engine oil, etc.

If it isn’t water, I’d be using the Toyota Roadside Assistance to have it towed.

If that's not A/C condensation, your truck is probably not safe to drive without causing damage

I don't think a 24 will have any power steering fluid.

Get a white paper towel or shop rag, dab it into the fluid, examine.

each time he’s pulled in, while climate control is in “Auto”? Surely these go to auto mode, my old T4R does.. think he’s using AC/defrost in the truck without necessarily hitting any buttons..
