We made them the other night with Burgers and the girls wanted mac'n'cheese. Cooked a whole pan of them. So the leftovers have been enough for breakfast yesterday and today. :)

In the rare event (like Haley's Comet rare) I have leftover tots I'll stir them up with a beaten egg and into the waffle maker

We made a whole bag of them not realizing the girls wanted mac n cheese lol. I was OK with it. I need to break down and buy a waffle maker, I've been wanting waffles and then remember I don't have a maker. I want to get one that is two sided, cause 1 waffle at a time is too slow. :)

Was in the mood for beef stew yesterday. Found a really nice chuck roast at the grocery. If this was a steak it would have been $100! Looks a bit like Wagu. That's not to say chuck is inexpensive anymore. Seems like it used to be dirt cheap, but now is around $9/lb. I used 1/2 bottle of a very good red wine in the pot, the other 1/2 in me while cooking! It was very tasty.

Cook those tots in the air fryer 400F 12 to 13 min... way better than from the oven

I have no air fryer…. I miss the convection oven we had when I was a young-un.

Thanks! Mixed in jalepeno, apple chicken sausage, and panko. Sounds a little strange but they were tasty.

I hear that a lot, but have no idea what size/features I’d need. Wife does probably 2 cookie sheets (stainless jellyroll pans) worth of stuff sometimes (an oven shelf worth). Some look gimmicky, or odd sized. I worry about counterspace and those hot top styles (melts anything you put on top of it.

    tl;dr - recommendations welcome!
