'cause I'm fuckin' dumb, lol. I fixed it

    1. Fix the seized brake
    2. Get it to pass an inspection
    3. Get good at driving a manual
    4. Skiddy

End production first gen, then. Second started in '79. First gen wheels were changed from wire spokes to Comstars in '78

That's a pretty solid find. Early 4-cyl Gold Wings are awesome

I like 80s Hondas. My first bike was an '82 CB900C. Got it non-running for $300, fixed it up, and rode it for a few years

they are pretty easy to find now days for 1k or less. people have issues with the carbs and get sick of them and just want them gone since the value has fallen off. if they were just more comfy id prob get one for cheap but i dont like forward controls to much.

those are cool my dad had a cb something (idk if 750 or 900) and he loved it till it got stollen lol

Sup dudes, long time no see again!

Hit up KS Rocks with the wife last weekend for her first technical off-roading experience. Did some easy trails as I went solo, but man, she had a blast! Looking to go again this summer and do some intermediates if anyone looking to join!

Yessir, it had been a minute since I'd been there! Had a muddy uphill climb I couldn't do, but otherwise the Taco handled everything with ease.

So we figured out the seized brakes over the weekend... Turns out the previous owner just has a single digit IQ. Dude said he replaced the brakes 3 times, calipers and all and couldn't get it figured out. He put the spacer between the bolt and the knuckle instead of between the knuckle and the caliper....
So for however long the brake pad was being pushing into the rotor constantly. The rotor is so out of round now....
Good thing I ordered all new rear brakes.

    Why not?

I think I’ll go back once or twice more for the wife and then try and get to the other parks in the state. Also told her about Disney, OK so think we will plan a trip down there soon enough.

Saw you trade the Ranger in for another Taco, may I ask why? Red was good choice this time.

    How’s everyone doing? Anything new?

im done wheeling... destroyed my last truck from doing it and going to hard/stupid with it... this truck will see offroad when going to campsites but other then that i want to use it to camp and tow bikes around. any offroading i do will be on dirtbikes now

rangers trans failed at 22k miles and left me stranded multiple times and i had to take a unfinished project car to work a few times and my supermoto in when it was cold/or raining because of it... so the ranger is long gone! im not a huge fan of red but i like the new red on the 12-15s it has a more orange hue to it so ive grown to like it a lot more even thou id still love a blue or green truck haha.

uhh life is lifing? idk doing alright just spend more time on bikes these days.
