    Some states make it virtually impossible to get this done though. If you're not married they won't do it, if you only have 2 kids they won't do it. If you are married it is an act of congress to get it done still. That's the reason why a co-worker has 3 kids with 3 different dads and STILL is not allowed to get it done... o_O
