    I want to do some frame rehab on my truck. What is the difference between the red capped cans and the black capped cans of fluid film? Do I need both? Looked at some Utube videos but they didn't go in to it.

    ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, SOS rear bumper, SOS skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
    Black has graphite in it for color. Both perform the same.
