The warehouse is empty??? I thought we were getting some donations...like @six5crèéd open bag of candy...

 

By the mid 70's they weren't used anymore on light duty domestic trucks, still used on tractors today.

 

I have a pile of Hot Wheels and Matchbox vehicles with no wheels and another pile of bent axles etc.

 

I went to Sonic last week, they gave us a pile of those 2 color mints - I should have grabbed them.

 

The new janitor that we hired has been eating everything as soon as it hits the receiving dock, can't even get it inventoried.

Yep, we'll take those too. You should go back and tell them you need yer mints.

 

Make sure they sit out for a while so the moisture creeps into them and you have to peel them out of the wrapper

 

Yep!!! Or just pitch the mints and send the wrappers!!

 

It was my first time at Sonic, I didn't try the mints but the burger was very good.

Or paint something, scrape the paint off and send us the chips.

When I was a green engineer, I witnessed a ten thousand dollar bet during a heated argument between my chief engineer and the VP of engineering, over three tenths and temperature. Chief said 70 degrees F delta would not cause an interference fit on a six inch shaft. VP said it would. They bet 10K on it the both believed so strongly. VP won and told chief engineer to go back to school he would not take his money til he graduated. Pure humility. Was a cool lesson.
I learned when dealing with tenths, a few degrees matter.
