Certainly.

This fan/controller replaces the mechanical, clutch-driven fan on the front of the engine. The electric fan takes a load (drag) off of the engine, and removes strain/load off of the water pump bearings.

Utilizing the correct (custom) fan shroud, this fan should pull more air through the radiator than the factory setup.
