Looks great, I wouldn't worry about a few scratches. If you use it there will be more of those to come.

The loader capacity is the same, it's got the same hydraulics across all three hp levels. I'm not sure about increasing the hp from 25-35, as I think the motors might be a little different. But that's not to say it can't be done, as I bought the 35hp I've never looked into it. I do know the 35-40hp is just a software upgrade, and there's also a good video on YT that shows how to adjust the hydraulics on the CK if you need a little more flow out of the pump. Not having to deal with the regen would be a plus down the road aways. It's not a huge deal when the motor regens for me, it's the potential cost of repairs after the warranty is gone that is my concern with the regen sets. None of that emissions crap is cheap!

EDIT: I just watched a short video and adjusting the HP on the CK2610, and that was easy.

Yeah Kubo orange sun fades very quickly. It just is part of having them.

The float mode is something you can feel as you pass that detent going forward with the lever. I use the crap out of that back dragging. Its NOT good going forward. It will dig in & buckle under. Watched my neighbor bend all kinds of stuff that way. Bad mojo.

The 2910 is a good tractor in general. They last a long time.
BUT my favorite Kubota? That is the tried, true workhorse B3200!!
Just big enough, not too big, no pollution or def/gen or any other nonsense.... Just 32hp on a rock solid chassis with way underated Hydro power.

Now that 26hp to 35hp upgrade for the Kioti? THAT looks interesting!

What would stop me from cutting small stumps below grade and just covering them with dirt? Insects?

Kubota L3901 Operators Manual says oil change interval is 400 hours. My 'new' tractor is a 2015 with 152 hours. I was busy with other things today and didn't go check the oil level or see what it looks like.
The seller tells me he gets his tractors from auctions in the Austin area. Mostly all low hours, relativity new. He says the previous owners buy them, use them very little, until their CPA tells them to get a new one for tax purposes. So anyway I would have to assume that what's in it might be the original oil? That would make the oil 8 or so years old. I really don't have diesel experience. The Kubota manual doesn't say anything about changing oil after so many months/years have elapsed. Should I be changing this oil or is it all good?

You know what I would change all fluids then you know what's what on your new toy. Pretty straight forward to do just peace of mind. Now for the guys who have newer models to chime in please.

Change all the fluids and filters then you know exactly what is in there and how old it is.
For the fluids any name brand that meets Kubota specifications is fine, for the filters I would prefer to use genuine Kubota.

Messick's is very reliable, prices are good and ships fast.

Ok @w.adventures I know Nebo! Now if you're interested in looking into this I would be willing to meet you and go give it a look. Nebo is about an hour or so away from me. It could be on lake James. Looks good tires are because they wanted it to mow landscaping.
To be honest it looks like it could be the same tractor. Both say Nebo. Which is coincidental.

Nothing stops you at all. Eventually it will rot out & leave a depression in the ground.

Was supposed to be changed at 50hrs the first time.... Then 400ish after that.

    ^^^^^^^^^^THIS is what I'd do.

Yeah. Absolutely the best tractor for more than the B71/7200s can handle.
Even though I've got a bigger tractor..... I'd pick up a B3200 instantly if the price was right.

Look at these tractors they look very similar. And look like they have been maintained.
I may only have a B7100 that's 40 something but it runs great.

If it’s just in your yard, nothing except what the others said about breakdown and settling over the years. Also think about water finding its way in there as the stump breaks down creating a soft spot in the wet weather. I f you plan on building there or paving or just a gravel drive, It’d remove the stump and backfill with structural fill. If you have a heavy tractor or sometimes drive on this spot with a truck, consider muddy conditions that will haunt you until resolved. In a corner or somewhere off to the side, burying a stump is no big deal, but keep in mind what will happen as it breaks down

Got a load of asphalt millings delivered yesterday for the driveway. 18 tons, $325. Better than it was.

I would at least change the engine oil and filter, fuel filter, and I'd change the filters on the HST. I probably wouldn't change the hydraulic oil unless it looks bad.

Not concerned about water drainage, there's a 30' deep 50' wide drainage ditch/tidal pool right there, if there's gonna be water there's gonna be water. Plus I'm only talking 6" diameter max

Well I did it again, put grass seed and straw down at the old barn area and forgot to take pictures while I was there and had a camera :annoyed:. Maybe in a little while when I take Mal out to the field.
