Thanks. Before the color match, it looks like it is the same color as my taco.

Hmmm, do the knobs just pull off and then pop the RAV4 nobs on? That simple, huh?

Looks good... Any quality control issues? I've been reading some negative things on leer lately.

You'll love it. I have had the SnailArmor tailgate panel for over a year now...... performed admirably for sure.

Appreciate you sharing all of this. The pods I have on my A-pillar are honestly too big. They fit, and they are pointed slightly out, but there is no wiggle room. May use this to relocate them behind the grill as they are super bright, and then put some smaller ditch lights on the A-pillar.

Thoughts on the harbor freight pods? I’m going to take a look at them. I’m looking for smaller a pillar pods so the 4 spot version may work… but maybe I need something smaller because they look pretty big.

    Rig looks great!
Take it from vast experience and disappointments, if those are in fact RotoPax on your roof rack, and you have locks on them............trust me when I say, grease the SHIT out of the locks and then find (I printed some out of mat black vinyl on my personal cutter) some waterproof circle stickers to put over the front of the locks.
I had 3 different sets of RotoPax locks completely 100% lock up on me, after water got in them when I mounted them horizontally on my roof rack. After just a year or less they became utterly useless.
The vinyl disks/circle stickers I cut and printed out, are made from Oracal 851, and dont let any water in the lock what-so-ever. Trust me, grease alone wont keep out the weather!
Ask me how I know........ :anonymous:

None so far. Pretty straightforward, carpeted, lights all work as supposed to. What are the negatives you're reading?

Yep, I've heard horror stories of people counting on them out in the middle of nowhere only to fail and leave them stranded.

Dropped off at Toyota, you would think after specifically scheduling to inspect the window they’d let me know their technician or whoever would be able to fix it isn’t coming until Monday but I guess I have to leave it there over the weekend. Anyway, got a call back that the track is bent so I’m sure they’ll let me know how much it’ll cost on Monday. They said “seems like someone was already in here” and I told them I had to get in there so I can at least close the window, didn’t want to leave it open all week— can’t blame me right? It’s 2 years old anyway, I’m sure there isn’t any warranty for it anymore.

Won’t wash my rides again till late April. No point, it will be covered with green dust in a day, there will be an 1/8 inch of green pollen on everything for several weeks.

On an another note, love this thread but dang y’all are gonna have me hemorrhaging cash will all these cool mods, lol

After finally receiving my SSO Slimline bumper, I found myself at Harbor Freight.......
From the reviews I've been reading, this thing seems to perform excellent. Now I just need some warm-ish weather to install it into the SSO bumper, then install the bumper into the Taco!
