Air Dryer

Which car dryer does everyone use?

 

They make expensive ones for cars and some are even heated. I just use an inexpensive electric blower and it works just fine. I've tried a cordless battery operated blower but just doesn't have enough power for me.

 

i actually use a gas powered leaf blower. Works awesome! One problem I like to get up super early and the gas powered is too loud.

 

I have a Ryobi "shop" blower (not leaf blower) and it's alright. Not great but functional, if it was brushless it would be perfect.

I do use dehumidifier water for final rinse so I'm just moving water off and it "drys" quite a bit. With nasty water something more powerful would likely be better at getting the water OFF before it starts evaporating it

 

That works too. The electric ones actually have a very loud wine.

 

Also look into using smooth flowing water to dry ( yes seriously).

A good air compressor is awesome for drying too

 

From experience make sure its a low air particulate day if you use a leaf blower or compressor... I have the little 18V Makita blower that I use to inflate my raft and dry bikes and cars after washing

Milwaukee M18 blower for me. My ceramic coat is slowly going away but man when it was still good I could just spend 10-15 minutes with the blower and it would be nice and dry.
