Just installed Rav4 heated blind spot mirrors.

Now adding some sound dampening to the tailgate for my keyless lock, which doesn't need a picture.

Sorry, haven't been on the site in a while. I found it on Etsy a couple years back. I like the finished product but honestly if I had to do it again, I probably wouldn't. It was a GIANT pain in the arse to apply it. :anonymous:

I had some difficulty getting the wires off for the defrost at first. I ended up pulling off the back cap of the mirror and using a small flathead to pop them off and then it was super easy. Feels like you are going break something when you pop the mirror itself off, there are 4 big clips that hold it.

Did you put on bed stiffeners? And did you have to install AAL for the weight?

I'm looking to get one, but just want to make sure I have done all the prep work for it first. Looks good by the way. If I had to do it over again, I would have gone with the long bed.

I took a picture of big brother and little brother together. They are separated by 9 years, but they have the same engine in common...

Guy pulled into the parking lot and wanted to rent a room. He said he liked my truck, Guess I'll have to figure out a way to put the truck on payroll if it's going to bring in customer's. His 2002 next to mine.952C0B1A-C311-4634-96B7-CDC7723D8CAC.jpg

I've heard that in Moab they know it's spring when the license plates turn green (from all the CO folks coming since it's still winter here). But you have a blue CO plate so I don't know how that fits in.
Looks beautiful; I need to go back.

I really like the Go Avs part. The badge is up to you; if you like it, keep it. I added a small tri color emblem to the grill so I'm just reinforcing the brand too.

Uneven gaps on the rubber around the windows, leaks on the windows, bad paint, side windows chipped on edges.

I refer to those clowns at the stealerships as "Interns"..I refuse to pay top dollar at a dealership for a bunch of interns to F### up.

When you put in a agm battery I read that you have to reprogram your alternator or something to charge the higher capacity battery?

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Correct. A tuner can change the ECU to up the charge rate for the AGM battery. Of course, you can run without, but it will shorten the life of your battery and you're not getting the full benefit of the AGM that you paid extra for.

If you're already tuned, it should take less than 5 minutes. If not, it will likely be more expensive and involved.
