Hey TW. I recently bought some Baja Designs Squadron Pro lights and some flush mount bezels. Found out that the hole is the bumper is a different size/shape than the BD mounts. You can see in the pic below that the flush mount from BD is way too small. Does anyone (maybe @Baja Designs?) know if there is an off the shelf product that will work or am I looking at getting something custom made?

that looks like a ridged or Amazon hole size. we could make you a alu adapter plate to make it work though if needed. it should be a simple thing to fab up

Appreciate it. I have the face plate from the lights I took out and like you said, shouldn't be too hard to measure and fab. How would you fab this out of aluminum? CNC plasma?

Enlisted some help from a member here.
Got the brackets a couple of days ago from @Kwikvette. Everything seems to fit pretty damn good. Need to get some new hardware, but am super happy overall. Appreciate it Nelson!

    4 run, 2 don't
Glad I could be of help!

I do wonder how often Baja Designs gets requests for at least a template or something for custom configurations.

    Hey @Gen1FTMFW,

The new bezel from @Kwikvette look amazing! How do you like the lighting set up on the GX? What are some of your future plans with the build?

    Best,
    Bill

The SAE fogs seem to work well. Haven't had any real fog to test them out on yet though. I don't have the Squadron Pro's connected/wired yet either. Hoping to get that done in the next month or so when I moved into my new shop. Will report the results.

    Hey @Gen1FTMFW,

Rad! Yeah defiantly let me know how you enjoy them after being used in some weather. If you have any questions with different lens options as well as some guidance with some aiming of the lights defiantly send me a PM and I can help you out. Congrats on on the new shop as well by the way!

    Best,
    Bill
