I wanted to remove this emblem from the center of my steering wheel to clean the dirt behind it and replace/repaint it. Is it glued on or like a tab holding it? I didn't want to break it or blow the airbag messing with it though I'd ask youns who know more.
    2013 v6 if that matters.

No offense but removing/replacing the little steering wheel emblem would be at the bottom of the to do list. In fact it wouldn’t be on my list at all, especially on an 11 year old truck. But if you just have to do it, go for it.

You could buy an emblem cover that adheres to the emblem.

You can clean as is with cleaner brush and microfiber

after dry Etsy has black stick on covers that can be included in blacking out the interior. Or wherever else sells it.
