So I have a 2011 with a 2.7, if it’s below 35 degrees it runs like a dream anything above it stalls then starts in limp mode and struggles to accelerate above 2k. Checked codes says mass air flow cleaned it changed it same thing, unplugged mass airflow stays running. Could it be the ecm or?

I would see what my IAT and MAF is reading when the truck "dies".
Might even see what is says on a cold engine. Key On, Engine Off. (just because you can)
IAT on a cold engine Engine OFF, should be close to the outside air temp.
MAF Engine OFF should be 0

Engine running WARM MAF should be close to 2.7 g/s
ECT engine running and WARM, should be close 186 degrees

Complete spitball here, years ago I had a (carbureted) Mazda pickup that would do this but not quite to that extreme.
It had a bad thermostat that was stuck open. When warm, the only explanation I can give is that it would 'confuse' some of the temperature sensors.
    Is it showing any codes?

Yes it is throwing p0214 and p113. I took it to my local shop yesterday as their scan tool has a bit more power than mine and the air temp sensor was acting up so I changed it out on a theory but sadly it made even less of a difference
