    You know, I'm actually surprised and disappointed to have not seen a true taco yet, something like;

    Although it’s terrible, I find it strangely compelling. I imagine this is the 1911 that’s in the glove box.

    When I built my 17 Tacoma I did it with chrome accents but nothing like what I have seen here with these pictures. My god what were those people thinking? Mine has polished billet wheels with raised letter Cooper tires and stainless bed rails but I stopped there. I kept the factory chrome intact. There is a point you reach when to much is to much. Hopefully I knew when to quit. Mine doesn't look like those. I restore old cars as a hobby and had a vision of what I wanted. If they like that look more power to them I guess.

    That's a horrible idea. What time?
    You need to drop that in the "Roast My Tacoma" thread.

    Amen to that! There are always at least a half a dozen setups like that for sale on FB marketplace where I live, and the ads always start with something like "Complete Tacoma overland setup, only used twice ". :)

    Totally agree. Crazy how much gear people need to to camp for a few nights in the desert. As a Jeeper I'm used to no storage space and have become accustomed to sleeping on a cot and cooking with a jet boil.

    I don’t want to admit it, but I think I kinda like it. Maybe it’s just the red. I would never ever myself
