2002 Black Tacoma 2.7 4x4

Stock, low miles, overland build

Hey just trying to get this figured out. 2002 Tacoma 2.7L 4x4 manual trans. Recently when the truck is cold and I accelerate it feels like it’s very sluggish. As soon as I hit 2500rpm it magically gains its full amount of power.(definitely a large noticeable gain in power, as a surge) It’s strange. I’m not really sure where to start or what to do to fix this. My check engine light came on a few days ago, I am getting codes “p0446 p0100 p0110” I’ve looked up these codes and have a few possible answers but still in the air. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone else run into this issue?
