    hey fellow taco lovers

i am looking at getting these wheels (data on tire):
    P285/45R22

    my stock wheels are P245/75R16

doing the math, the overall diameter is 0.5" bigger and width 1.5" wider
(please correct me if my math is off"

i wanted to know if these are easily swapped. These older 2014 are much nicer looking and i wanted to get bigger wheels.

You want to put a 22 inch wheel on a Tacoma? Am I reading this correctly?

    Correct
    Like the title says

The 2014 tacoma wheels are the R22. They have a Toyota logo and is possible stock for that vehicle

I’m sure others may be able to more definitively answer but I’m guessing a 32 inch tire with that width is going to rub. Back spacing/offset matter too which are both unknown.

Do you think 1.5" extra width would make mucn difference?
I'm thinking it'd be 0.75" into the car and 0.75" sticking out of the car

I think the width is going to make it hard to fit, also the more you poke the wheels/tires out the more of a rubbing issue you will create. You might be able to find someone who’s done it on the street trucks sub forum. Worst case just pick ‘em up and where there is a will there is a way :sawzall:
