I was watching a youtube vidéo of someone replacing their front coils and shocks and they had an OEM size spring and 4600 shocks. I understand the 4600 are stock size but adjustable as well.

the guy in the video adjusted them to the max length along with his stock size springs and said it ended up giving him a 2 inch lift.

he didnt show the results which had me wondering, is this true? No spacers or anything

Shocks control the speed at which the suspension moves (which is why they're also called dampeners,) springs and leafs control the height, so no, should be no ride height change with just shocks. 4600's are not adjustable and are the closest stock replacement. 5600's (or is it 5300's, I forget) are adjustable, which aren't really needed unless you're doing lift or want to adjust the amount of dampening.

A few OE parts from fancy trucks
The only way any lift occured with those parts are

    1) he didn't use OE equivalent springs

    2) he torqued all moving bushings in full droop and bound everything up

    3) the old springs were so clapped out it was sagging a couple inches and his 'lift' is back to normal

    4) he didn't cycle/settle things after the work, just put it on the ground and broke out the tape

    5) parts of all of the above

4600s are not adjustable in any way. I just sent a set to a friend in Honduras for his gen 1,

Springs set ride height, dampers control spring oscillation.

5100's are the adjustable ones. Although they just have 3 clip positions, something like stock-ish height, 1.25", and 2.5" of lift - IIRC.

I just did the swap to the 4600’s (front and rears) with the front coilovers. It brings it back to stock height.

There may be just a teeny increase in ride height due to the upward force of about 40 lbs each bilstein exerts as shock attempts to extends.
I also have the 4600's on my 2015. My 4600's with factory takeoff TRD Sport model springs and new mounts.

If the old shocks had no nitrogen charge replacing the shocks may give a small amount of lift given the extra lift from the 100psi+ charge but it won't be 2". The way a lot of our "coilovers" increase height is by increasing the preload. Which is essentially pre-compressing the spring more to make it stiffer and increase ride height but this often reduces ride quality.

The actual nitrogen charge in a Bilstein monotube is 300PSI
