Strut stuck on top mount

    If tried 3 times to get this front left strut off and I can’t because it is seized to the top mount where the 3 bolts hold it in. Anyone got any ideas to get it off. I’ve used a bottle of BP BLAST and a propane torch. Still nothing

    Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
    Brute force and ignorance!

    Try getting a pry bar in there to pry it loose. Or maybe a chisel and hammer?

    edit: If heat is needed, a propane torch is only going to make it angry.

    I went at it with a pry bar and braker bar for 3 hours the other day lol

    I use a mega big bar and beat the hell out of them.

    You might have to creative.

    Or do the in car method and reuse the top hat by leaving it in.

    I’m trying to install a level kit so I NEDD to get the whole strut out
