Looking to buy a complete set of OEM 3rd gen rims with/wo tires and the TPMS valve stems. Will the trucks system automatically recognize them or would they need programed ? Thank you.

Dealer or tire shop, I’m not sure if you can do it with a good code scan tool or not

a decent aftermarket scan tool can program them as well. Look into and Autel or something similar.

A few OE parts from fancy trucks
    They will need programming

Whoever mounts your new tires should do it for free I'd think. Discuss it with them beforehand.

this is the route I would take, anyone shop with proper and modern mounting and balancing equipment should have.
