    Does anything like this exist for the Tacoma? I can't find anything. Would it be overly dangerous to install something like this?

    That's why we have the passenger-side grab handle on the A pillar. Adding another grab bar would be redundant.

    Mostly old man mods
    If it didn’t have something structural to bolt to, it would likely come loose and/or cause cracking in the dash. Adding a grab bar might also interfere with the air bag deploying. Just stick with the old man bar on the A pillar.
