Sounds like you're doing everything right. :notsure:

My '19 4Runner is at ~114K last time I looked. No issues aside from the needle bearing and fuel pump recall.

Nope....we shouldn't let Toyota off the hook.
If we don't ridicule them, they'll keep building problematic engines thinking nobody cares or notices

Atkinson cycle, plastic rear coolant bypass pipe, leaking rear main, leaking timing cover, oil starvation at mild angles, cylinder #3 grenading under normal driving conditions etc etc etc...

    Unacceptable

God forbid we hold Toyota, a company whose reputation is built on the principles of continuous improvement and exceptional quality, to a high standard.

Guess I’ll play too. 2018 OR, tuned and running +1 sized tires and several hundred pounds of sliders and rack up and down Texas highways at 80mph. 95k miles and zilch/zip/nada for problems. Doing my own maintenance so far. Hopefully I get to 200k without anything bigger than a starter or alternator going out. That would be a win in my books.

My ‘07 FJ made it to 185k in 10 years with only an alternator repair.
